*MATERIALS*

All of the components used in Charm Star are sterling silver - from the charms to the chains - nothing but the best here! The chains I use are a lightweight cable or curb chain and are light and delicate by design. If you prefer a thicker or more substantial chain - that's fine but it will be an upcharge, since my pieces are generally priced by total weight of sterling silver.

Each item comes inside a gift box on a letterpressed "Charm Star" card. Inside the gift box is an anti-tarnish cotton pad, so it is an ideal place for storing your sterling silver jewelry.

*PAYMENT*
I accept payment via Paypal, but if you are anti-paypal, just let me know and we can work something else out. Paypal payments must be made within 72 hours of purchase. If I do not receive your payment, and I do not hear from you, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item.

*SHIPPING*
I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS LISTED IN THE ETSY RECEIPT. If you need me to ship it to a different address, please let me know in the message to seller.

All items are shipped in a padded mailer via First Class USPS Mail within 1-4 business days upon receipt of payment (e-checks may take an additional 4 days while the money clears). International shipments are shipped via Regular Mail and may take 5-10 business days (on average).

*RETURNS*
I do my best to describe each charm as accurately as possible – from the detailed photos to the chain length to the dimension of the charms – because of this I do not offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of item. Items may be returned within 14 days of original ship date in their original condition for a Charm Star store credit, not including shipping costs. Sales outside of the U.S. & Canada are final.

*REPAIRS*
I strive to create jewelry that will last a lifetime, but jewelry is small and delicate by nature so from time to time, one of its tiny parts may not live up to its duties. In the unlikely event that your piece breaks, please let me know right away! I will repair or replace anything that is damaged through normal wear and tear within three months of purchase.

I love this charm, but I want it on a necklace instead of earrings.  Can you do that?

Most of the time, yes.  Sometimes the way a charm hangs, it might not lay flat as a necklace.  Just email me and I'll be happy to let you know.
